Ramiro Guardado Construction provides Accessory Building Construction, Furniture Assembly, Basement Waterproofing, Bathroom Remodeling, Building Construction, Civil Engineering Consulting, Gutter Cleaning, Concrete Construction and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Ramiro Guardado Construction and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Account Closure. Ramiro Guardado Construction reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Ramiro Guardado Construction does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Ramiro Guardado Construction arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Ramiro Guardado Construction harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TN law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TN for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
